Homere, our human resources and payroll management software, is now available in a new version.
Its new functionalities were developed in close collaboration with two major international solidarity organisations, in order to respond as closely as possible to the reality and needs of the field. The new version of Homère offers new features as well as numerous fixes and improvements, including:
– The possibility to manage additional leaves in Homere with accural ;
– The possibility to link automatically a function to a Job ranking, Accounting code and Financial code ;
– The possibility to configure 5 more PIN codes – including PIN with date format ;
– The generation of a Work certificate ;
– An overall improvement of the Events tab ;
– An option to parameter advances amount as a specific percentage of basic salary ;
– A new interface to manage Leaves, with an Excel export / import feature.
