Epiconcept NGO designs, deploys and maintains software for managing support functions (HR, payroll, accounting, finance, inventory), used by NGOs on their field missions to strengthen operational efficiency and the impact of their activities.

Founded by Gilles Desvé, Daniel Cauët, Valérie Nancey and Guillaume Jeannerod, all from the scientific department of Doctors Without Borders, Epiconcept was born from a clear objective: to put computer science at the service of international solidarity.

Quantin Poels
Business Unit Director
Having started his career at Handicap International, Quantin now leads the NGO team at Epiconcept. With a strong background in IT and support services, he fosters innovation and drives the implementation of solutions that enable NGOs to fulfill their missions.
Product Manager
Since obtaining her Master's degree in HRIS, Marielle has acquired solid functional and technical expertise in HRIS and BI solutions. As a product manager, she is dedicated to the continuous evolution of the solution by proposing improvements and new features.
Joel Thomas
Product manager
An accountant and IT specialist, Joël joined Epiconcept in 2000. With his dual business and technical expertise, he is now a Product Manager and leads the development of financial and accounting management solutions for NGOs.
Deployment Project Manager
With ten years of experience in change management, particularly for NGOs, Emma has developed expertise in complex project management and leading digital transformation. She is currently responsible for deployment and training.
Deployment Officer
With solid field experience and more than ten years of HRIS practice, Sandra now works with Emma on deployment and user training, ensuring that the system is suitable and effective for NGOs.
Frédéric Croisé
Technical Project Manager
Frédéric is an IT specialist in traceability and business management software. He joined Epiconcept in 2018 as a Delphi developer in the NGO department. He is now a technical project manager.
